The Customer Experience & Success organization is looking for a dynamic, creative, and energetic Employee Experience Project Manager! The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and embraces challenges with high energy and a positive attitude. This role will be site based Poland and will support the CE&S teams at the Germany, Central & Eastern Europe and EMEA widely.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive programs & projects to improve employee experience
  • Focus on curating MS culture and driving CE&S Transformation​
  • Manage all local site and virtual Morale and Employee Engagement Initiatives
  • Collaborate across sites and TZ on employee engagement initiatives eg D& I Conference, Sustainability campaign, D&I celebrations
  • Business Management including budget, logistics, ordering, invoices, hardware supply
  • Managing communities, including new hire experience; manager experience & support
  • Input and execute communications plan in support of site and global strategies including All Hands, Newsletters, Sharepoint hub, Social Media)​
  • Manage logistics including office space, events, large meetings (in person and virtually)
  • Collect site feedback, round tables, surveys, interactive sentiment tools eg, Outlook add-in

Qualifications

 

  • Higher education – Degree in relevant subject; eg Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication – fluent in English, German & Polish
  • Training or qualification in project management, programme management, communications, administration
  • MS Tools; Teams, Sharepoint, MS Office, Yammer

 

 

 

Experience

 

  • 3-5 years experience in an enterprise support and/or customer service environment with a strong understanding and knowledge of support as well as project management.
  • Strong global culture awareness, across a complex matrixed network in CE&S with multiple stakeholders in multiple locations.
  • Planning & execution of communications, employee engagement, or morale activities
  • Communications eg newsletters, social media, event management
  • MS Tools; Teams, Sharepoint, MS Office, Yammer
  • Business operations tools eg invoicing, supplier management, seating & space management
