Currently, we are supporting one of our Clients in expanding their footprint globally and developing the HR structures by building new team in Krakow. We are looking for experienced senior leader / manager to take the role of EMEA Recruitment Manager and shape the structures in Krakow.

Currently, we are supporting one of our Clients in expanding their footprint globally and developing the HR structures by building new team in Krakow. We are looking for experienced senior leader / manager to take the role of EMEA Recruitment Manager and shape the structures in Krakow.
On this position you will be mostly responsible for:
- Closely working with Global Head of Recruitment on process design and shaping the strategy for the HR Recruitment processes on EMEA markets, set KPIs and other metrics
- Team Management – leading local Managers and their teams on EMEA market, oversee the team performance
- Employer branding – working on the visibility of the brand on the local markets, mapping the markets and the needs with cooperation with marketing teams, agencies, assessing the trends and approach the company should follow
- Recommend ways to improve processes – with focus on the digital transformation and new tools implementation
- Project management and closely working with various internal stakeholders, external partners and international teams
The successful candidate should bring:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
- Demonstrable experience in managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and environment
- Good team-management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field would be desirable
- Fluent English skills
