EMEA Manufacturing Cost Controlling Manager
For Our Client - one of the most technology advanced and interesting global company with its Business Center in Warsaw, we are pleased to support recruitment for the EMEA Finance Controlling Manager.
Client Details
The role relates to setting-up new structures and participating in transformation of the organization. We are looking for experienced candidates who will act as a change agent and have possibility to managing processes within EMEA region.
Description
- Managing production costs for all manufacturing sites across EMEA region, analysing variances and advising to the business
- Taking care of month-end closing and review account reconciliations
- Act as a leader of a team, participating in recruiting, mentoring and developing members
- Responsibility of building strong relationship with stakeholders within the organization,
- Driving continuous improvement culture and implement optimizations for providing the best quality of processes
- Acting as a main finance business partner and contact point in finance-related queries for EMEA plants
Profile
- Strong finance/accounting knowledge and minimum 7 years of experience in relevant position gained in multinational environment
- University Degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics) and/or ACCA/CIMA/CPA
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of usage ERP systems and MS Office
