Your new role
The EMEA HR Data Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting and will maintain the integrity of the data through effective reporting and tracking of data changes each month, so that accurate people and headcount reporting is available in a timely manner. Additionally, this person will be is responsible for the accurate reporting of all sources of people data and cyclical reporting as well as providing reporting to Centres of Expertise and HR Business Partners, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and ensuring compliance to GDPR and other data regulations.

• To maintain the HRIS system architecture including iPeople position management, work flows and organisational structure to ensure accurate interfacing into downstream• Documenting procedures for HRIS operations including data entry, reports, data imports and exports and integration to ensure business needs are achieved to agreed timescales
• Monitor data integrity and ensure it is fit for purpose and stored efficiently• Provide dedicated Data analyst support to EMEA projects and programmes
• To maintain system reporting by optimising existing reports and development to support business initiatives and statutory reporting obligations
• Produce regular business HR and headcount reporting in line with the EMEA Board, Senior Vice President for Human Resources Europe and EMEA Programme and Project requirements
• Create reports to support projects and initiatives which need to leverage HR data• Manage data reconciliation and data tracking reporting
• Collaborate closely with HRIS colleagues globally to ensure the HR Systems, Data and Reporting delivers a timely, cohesive and high-quality service
• Develops, maintains, and continuously improve processes, systems and technology, measurement practices, and metrics reporting for the HR community where possible

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you need to have advanced Excel knowledge, written and spoken fluency in English as well as excellent communication skills. We are looking for a Candidate with experience in working with HR data, a process driven person, with an analytical approach to business tasks. What would make you stand out even more is Power BI and SAP knowledge.
