Email Marketing Specialist
(Warszawa)You will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing email communications, retention strategies, and successfully growing the email marketing channel.
- Owning email campaign tests from strategy through execution and reporting
- Generating email reports to measure campaign effectiveness and come up with recommendations on optimization opportunities
- Further development of the email marketing program to increase customer engagement and optimize our targeted email communications.
- Conducting analysis, improving efficiency, and providing insight to management about the performance of the email marketing channel as well as ensuring best practices.
- Documenting new email processes and learnings
We expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in email marketing space
- Familiarity working with a major Email Service Provider (MailChimp, Marketo,
- Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot) - preferred
- Precise person, with impeccable attention to detail
- Well-versed in analyzing and reporting on all email KPIs
- Experience copywriting/editing for email
- Spotless written communication skills in English, with creative and strong writing style
- Ability to work independently, ensure business objectives are met, and able to drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
- Both a self-starter and team player with great energy and drive
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office tools
- Passion in Digital Technology, eCommerce, Online businesses
