Your Role

Next Generation / Davis Nolan need a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist for our Krakow (Poland) office.

You will be based in our office in Krakow (so you need to be willing to relocate) and will be supporting our offices in Ireland and Poland.

Next Generation / Davis Nolan is a 10 years old recruitment company with offices in Krakow and Dublin.

We believe that Email Marketing is as much part of Recruitment as the Recruiters themselves. That’s why we are embedding marketing in the DNA of our teams. We are looking for a passionate marketer who loves everything Digital and Inbound Marketing. We need someone like you, who understands and knows how Email Marketing contributes to the growth of a business.

This is a permanent employment contract.

The job itself:

• Execute our email marketing campaigns
• List management, permissions, workflow creation
• Manage 3rd party vendors
• GDPR compliance

What do you need to be successful in this job?

• 3-5 years’ experience with email marketing campaigns to generate marketing leads.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, Vertical Response, GetResponse, Converted, Marketo or SalesManago (or any other that we haven’t heard of).
• Absolutely fluent level of English (it’s not an issue if you don’t speak Polish, but it will be if you don’t speak English).
• You’re confident in your capability and you can build a business case for what you want to do to improve our email marketing strategy.
• Willing to relocate to Krakow in Poland
• Eligible to work and travel within the EU
