Electronic Engineer

Your challenges
- Capture customer requirements/needs to enable effective solution generation
- Development of Schematics to meet product technical requirements
- PCB & wiring assembly 3D design using CAD systems.
- Maintenance of product database using PDM system.
- Engineering calculations including:
- Component selection
- Tolerance
- Cost
- Weight
- Basic thermal analyses
- Support test and development activities, including the creation of Design Failure Mode Analyses, Design Validation Plans & Reporting, and specification of, and supervision during product validation testing
- Support Sales & Marketing efforts. Participate in visits by, and to the customer and commercial relations as necessary
- Submit structured periodical Project Reports including KPIs, to the Engineering Management
- To define, prepare and issue necessary documentation including design information, schematics, bills of material, Gerber files, build instructions, customer datasheets, user instructions, etc, and maintain same within the PDM system
- Submission of project reports, timesheets, and other documentation as may be required by the QMS or operational requirements
- To provide Customer and Supplier support activities and provide timely support to Manufacturing and Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering
- Experience in electronic system design and development methodologies – is a must
- Experience in team leadership
- Thorough understanding of Electronics Engineering
- Experience in electronics related Design for Manufacture and Design for Assembly
- Competence in Altium or other similar electronic design software
- Project management skills
- Practical knowledge of HW and SW
- Practical knowledge of FMEA and DVP&R
- Appropriate (B2) command of Polish & English
- Knowledge and understanding of appropriate electrical and cell safety regulations including UN/ECE standards
- Understanding of the influence of electronics design on cost
