Electrical Manager - China
Job description:
• Electrical maintenance and system performance, reliability and system development
• Fulfilling of all contractual obligations for maintenance contract such as process performance, technical availability, maintenance costs and production tons
• Ensures stable electrical supply by maintaining equipment and outlets, including energy management system for prototyping and assembly systems, lighting and security apparatus.
• Provides power and connectivity to workstations and offices by studying blueprints, running electrical wiring for common and dedicated electrical outlets and fixtures
• Supports engineering needs by responding to service requests for mechanical and electrical problems.
• Support the Maintenance development and reliability in cooperation with respective managers and specialists
• Managing maintenance in responsibility area including work planning, supervision and corrective and preventive maintenance
• Implement maintenance strategies, targets and other issues defined by maintenance management
• Continuous systems and competence development
• KPI follow up in responsibility area
• Responsible for open communication and information sharing within own responsible area, teams and customer
• Competence and efficiency development of the personnel in the area
Requirements:
• M.Sc. or B.Sc in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in process industry
• 5+ years of experience in Maintenance in Electrical Management role
• Theoretical knowledge of new maintenance methods
• Familiar with different maintenance strategies and development methods
• Technical English
