For an international company– producer of interior design materials dedicated to furniture and construction sector – we are currently looking for a person who will take the position of:
EEMEA Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative.
The main responsibilities will beclose cooperation with clients, analyzing their needs, product & technical advisory and suggesting attractive solutions to the client. Moreover you will be responsible for close cooperation with field sales force, supporting them, prospecting new customers and take care of customer satisfaction level improvement.
We are looking for candidateswith at least 2 - 3 years of experience within customer service or inside sales, good relationship building skills and openness for challenges. Experience working with SAP system is required.
Fluent command of English and Russian is a must, Polish will be a great advantage. To be successful on this position you should be powerful, pro-active, goal oriented and good organized person.
