What you will do
- Working within the Sustainability Education and Engagement team you will help create impactful content for a variety of projects and initiatives.
- Create in-house training content in a number of formats (including scenarios, presentations, job aids, facilitation guides, eLearning, videos, webinars and more).
- Edit and update existing materials where required.
- Work with the team to co-create templates for training and communications to help various functions within Sustainability and Compliance communicate with a strong and impactful brand
- For LMS based courses you will upload and test content, identify populations for course rollout, provide reporting and monitor completion
What you will bring
- Fluent English speaker and communicator
- MINIMUM 2 years’ experience in designing, creating, or delivering training courses
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level, preferably in a related subject (such as IT, Education, Graphic Design etc)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and simply within your team, project groups and other business areas
- Recent experience in developing a range of training and communication materials including SCORM packaged offerings.
- Proficiency with MS Office products (particularly PowerPoint and Word)
- Experience in at least one or more LMS authoring technologies and multimedia applications such as Articulate 360, Storyline or Adobe Captivate
Nice to haves
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Cloud experience strongly preferred
- Experience with video authoring and editing tools
- Experience with HTML5 and responsive content
