EDI Specialist
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in building new structures in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) area as EDI Specialist and take part in development, standardizations and optimizations of processes and implementing global projects.

Our Client is an international manufacturing company, the leader of their market. For their Department located in Wrocław we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of EDI Specialist.
Description
- Monitor daily EDI operations: verify EDI transmissions, assure compliance, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis, data exception handling, and re-processing when necessary
- Being a point of contact between IT and business
- Taking part and implementing new customers
- Gathering requirements and requests from clients and partners,
- Test inbound and outbound transmission ofEDI documents
- Delivering enhancements in subject area including: interaction with client end-users, requirement gathering, Functional Specification (FDD) documentation, Unit Testing / Functional testing / and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Profile
-
Experience with SAP or other ERP system: supply chain, sales, purchasing
- Experience in anEDI coordinator/mapping/integration of systems role
- Understanding ofEDI and supporting business process concepts
- Experience in business application design, implementation of SAPEDI systems andIDOC processing
- UnderstandingEDI standards (EDIFACT, XML, ANSI,VDA,ODETTE, etc.) andEDI messages such as SAPIDOC, ORDERS,ORDRESP, INVOICEDESADV and other
- Analytical aptitude and ability to work with demanding clients and to work in a team
