E-learning Training Designer
Location: 02-672 Warszawa
TASKS
- Design e-learning content based on raw materials.
- Develop e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline.
- Work directly with business stakeholders (training requestors) and SME to analyse learning needs.
- Advise training requestors in the most optimal solutions.
- Incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders and SMEs into design/development processes.
- Apply principles of adult learning to content design and training development.
JOIN US IF YOU HAVE...
- 4+ years professional experience in instructional design or online training development,
- proficiency in authoring tools, preferably Articulate Storyline,
- fluency in spoken and written English,
- excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint,
- experience with graphics and multimedia applications e.g. Adobe Illustrator InDesign, Go Animate (Vyond), Camtasia,
- Master degree in a relevant field (preferably Education, Instructional Design or Business),
- prior experience of working in an international environment.
