For our client - an international veterinary company, we are looking for an experienced person for the position:
E-commerce and Digital ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Main purpose of the job:
- Responsible for digital marketing and e-commerce strategy creation and implementation
- Responsible for creating comprehensive brands’ strategies using digital media, focus on building brand awareness/consideration/conversion to drive brand image and sales
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Create and implement the digital marketing and e-commerce strategy (own e-shop, e-retailers), focusing on building brand awareness/consideration/conversion adjusted to specific digital touch points
- Create and implement e-commerce strategy and plans for the Company in Poland and abroad
- Oversee own websites maintenance and development. Develop the new www for animal feed brand
- Create rich content for social media and our own e-shop (in both Polish and English languages)
- Oversee online marketing: SEM, SEO, social marketing, e-mail marketing, affiliation, content marketing, others.
- Create own data base to build effective consumer journey (example newsletters, promo emails, others)
- Oversee the proper functioning of the Company's own e-store. Constant analysis and optimization of the conversation rate
- Work closely with sales team and e-commerce manager to understand the efficiency of digital campaigns and the impact on Direct and retailers’ sales
- Prepare monthly reports and analysis of the results of activities conducted in the online channels
- Assure ongoing monitoring of the market, consumer behavior and competition activities on the Internet.
- Assure effective cooperation with digital agency and media house
- Manage the work of the subordinate team and take care of their development and achievement of goals. Set performance standards for tasks of each team member
- Be a digital expert in company team. Drive awareness and importance of digital activities to internal teams and customers
Reporting:
- Manage the digital budgets (brands and e-shop P&L) and adjust marketing mix, basing on performance analysis to provide the most efficient approach toward meeting business objectives
- Analyse, interpretate and draw conclusion out of e-commerce performance results
- Develop and execution of integrated digital campaigns measurements
POSITION RELATED BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree, preferable in marketing (ideally in digital marketing)
- 4+ years of direct experience in digital/e-commerce marketing (with focus on social media) and in e-commerce gained in FMCG company or a digital agency working for e-commerce oriented clients
- Solid expertise in digital paid/own/earned media, including implementation and optimization of digital campaigns
- Experience in staff supervision is required
- English written and spoken
- Strategic view, business approach, excellence in execution
- Strong leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with major media and web analytics reporting tools, ability to analyse data and translate results to inform decisions
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of web technologies involved in digital, social, e-commerce platforms and data base management
