Responsibilities:
- build a new department,
- set rules for employment & develop remuneration system,
- hire & onboard new colleagues,
- ensure qualification of new colleagues,
- shape the culture of the new organization,
- implement processes in new location and develop new processes: introduce time writing system, set-up payroll processes, set-up billing process,
- set-up financial systems,
- find and run a new small location around Tricity/Gdynia,
- collaborate with stakeholders in PL, SE, DK and DE and secure their support for implementation.
Requirements:
- you have a broad spectrum of knowledge,
- ability to grasp new topics quickly,
- project management skills,
- structured approach,
- some IT affinity, especially implementation of new, yet already existing systems,
- ability to introduce/adapt (existing) processes and systems,
- technical affinity / background, Master's degree in Electrical Engineering - nice to have,
- ability to connect to people and connect to stakeholders in different European countries,
- international mindset with proficiency in English.
