Dynamics 365 Analyst
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor one of our Clients - a new American company developing on the Polish market, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Analyst who will be responsible for:
- Intake, analyze, configure/develop, test and implement Dynamics 365 changes while following to the the company D365 Center of Excellence governance model, cybersecurity polices and other standards
- Under the guidance of the D365 IT Lead, work with the D365 Center of Excellence, IT and other internal teams to provide high quality services to the D365 user base
- Research, test and recommend settings/configurations for D365, and adhere to a defined schedule for implementing changes in production
- Follow a defined system development lifecycle (SDLC) to successfully analyze, design, develop & test and implement .NET, SSIS, Azure SQL Server, LogicApp or PowerApp solutions that are part of the D365 ecosystem
- Adhere to the D365 Center of Excellence standards and best practices for managing user and group permissions
- Maintain standards/best practices documentation for the administration of the D365 platform
- Complete support activities to achieve SLA targets of customer satisfaction and cycle time.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Entry level to 2 years experience
- Prior training or experience with D365 Sales module
- Prior training or experience with Microsoft PowerAutomate
- Prior training or experience with .NET & LogicApp development
- Prior training or experience with SSIS & Azure SQL
- Understands and successfully communicates best practices for optimized D365 solutions
- Fluency in written and spoken English
