Currently for our client, international company with business centre in Warsaw, we are looking for experienced Document Management Specialist who worked with systems used to manage large amounts of documents.
What will you be doing?
On this position you will be responsible for every aspect of managing the DMS and serving as the first point of contact to the end users from different divisions. The users may require assistance regarding system access and/or some business support and you need to be ready to provide it.
You will be both responsible for maintaining the system and cooperating with the IT Department in order to improve it.
Who are we looking for?
You need to be communicative, supportive and accessible person in order to be able to provide help successfully. Also your English have to be very well because you will be working in an international environment.
Since the company works on self-developed eDMS, we require first-hand experience in working with any software used for this purpose.
