District Manager Retail (maternity cover)
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales as well as brand and retail execution for stores, partner boutiques, concessions and Multi-brand Retail Partners for South Poland with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses. The role is a maternity cover till January 2020. As a District Manager you can be based in Warsaw (the HQ is here) or in the southern part of Poland.

Description
In this role you will report directly to Head of Central Europe and your main duties will be the following:
- Leading the own retail teams and retail partners to drive sales as well as brand and retail execution across all channels (Retail, Independent Retailers Mono- and Multibrand's) by achieving monthly/yearly budgets and targets as well as controlling operational expenses
- Building strong relationship with the Store Managers, own retail teams as well as partner retail teams (Mono- and Multibrand) through regular visits, follow-ups, pathway meetings and feedback loops; building a strong team and ensure effective communication across teams
- Setting corresponding targets for sales, retail headcount and costs
- Taking ownership for store performances, effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions
Profile
To fulfill these tasks, we are looking for a talent with 3 years of working experience in a fashion customer- and commercial- focused retail environment and/or minimum of 3 years in a retail role with similar people and sales impact. To be successful in this role a solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Demand Planning and HR on retail store level, strong leadership, motivational and organisational skills are a must have. Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel in the assigned area up to 80% of working time is also desired.
