Our client is a large logistics company that is currently in intensive development. Due to new business needs, we are looking for a Distribution Director for them. Workplace - Warsaw.
The person in this position will be responsible for creating the strategy for building and developing the business line in the distribution of the package and pallet. The task of the person in this position will be to analyze the market and build a portfolio of services in the area of package and pallet distribution. Undertaking active cooperation with other business lines in order to increase the attractiveness of the offer for customers. Thanks to these activities, it will be possible to acquire and build lasting relationships with clients and respond to their individual needs. In addition, one of the goals will be to build a team and manage it effectively, by providing substantive support and setting real goals for the activity.
We are looking for a person with higher education who has experience, supported by successes in sales management and development of services in the area of package and pallet distribution. The ability to make good business decisions and experience in team management are required. We invite communicative, goal-oriented, energetic and proactive people who want to take an independent position and have a real impact on the company's development direction. You need a very good command of English and a good knowledge of MS Office
