The company is part of a very ambitious multinational with business worldwide. This subsidiary is a market leader within the field of cardiovascular monitoring systems. The company generates sales via direct sales and distributors.

Role Description

As a Distribution Account Manager you are collaborating with the distributors. In order to maximize the market, maximize revenue and grow the portfolio's you are constantly building new relationships but you will also create new.

Responsibilities

- Develop market insights, customer needs and competitor insights;
- Drives growth in revenue, margin and market share for the product portfolio within the Benelux;
- Closely collaborate with the Sales Manager to further develop the current sales strategy;
- Performance monitoring and evaluation of current distributors.

Requirements

- B.Sc in a medical field;
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in the Medical Device Industry;
- Able to work long term sales cycles;
- Proven experience managing distributors.

Other information

Frequent travel within the Benelux is required in this position
