On behalf of our Client, international company from chemical industry we are currently looking for the Candidates to hold the position of the Director of HR Division within Center of Excellence in Łódź.
The scope of duties includes among others implementation, development and improvement of various HR related processes(personal administration, recruitment, talent development, HR analytics etc,) as well as improving the digital processes within the department (ATS, LMS etc). On a daily basis you will manage a growing team of 10 people on-site and about 10 peoplefrom the regions in addition. Also, on a daily basis you will cooperate with project managers assuring a flawless migration process.
To successfully hold the role, the Candidate should have a significant experiencein designing and managing HR processes on a global level. Moreover, we are looking for the type of efficient manager with strong leadership attitudewho will be able to maximize the engagement of the teamand who will build a strong professional relationswith team members and stakeholders. Impeccable English is a must.
