The Digital Solutions Developer is responsible for translating business requirements into solutions. The Digital Solutions Developer has attained a good grasp of the business and knows how to efficiently build software solutions, which are the foundation for our customer's business.
Client Details
Our Customer is a well established American company that sells home & kitchen accessories in almost 100 countries around the world. Due to their rapid growth, they are now looking for an independent developer to join their busy team.
Description
- Design and develop solutions for Sales Force,
- testing: build test plans and follow through, work on test environment,
- work on international projects with internal and external suppliers,
- participate in roll-outs of projects and training events.
- Design and develop solutions: In accordance with team decisions build solutions adhering to commonly agreed standards. A high degree of self-organization is necessary for successful agile development with MS Team Foundation Server. It is of high importance to actively learn on how the Tupperware business works as it is requested that any team member can contribute improvements on business solutions, thus not restricted to merely technical improvements. This pertains to Client-Server and Web applications,
- the developer has to be proficient in current database technology as provided by Microsoft. Further knowledge in ETL scenarios is appreciated,
- Roll-outs/trainings: On-site training and implementation sessions of the company's solutions, possibly with an event character.
Profile
- Proficient in MS SQL Server, T-SQL and SQL Integration Service,

HTML,CSS, JavaScript, ideally including Web Services (REST, SOAP),

proficiency with MS Office,

strong organizational skills,

creative problem solving,

strong inter-personal and communication skills,

willing to travel around 20%,

eager to learn and grow technical knowledge,

actively gain and transfer business knowledge into the technical solution,

fluent in English (B2-C2), Polish is desired, any other language is a plus,

education as developer, e.g. BA or comparable

3-5 years practical experience in a business environment. Proven high potentials with less experience are also welcome
