Digital Project Manager

We're looking for a Digital Project Manager who will manage day-to-day functions across marketing automation, content management and analytics reporting in addition to other responsibilities. You will work with the entire marketing team globally to execute projects successfully. This position will also lead projects & efforts associated with enhancements and integration of current & future digital tools via websites or other digital platforms.

• Coordinate work of team responsible for marketing automation and website performance
• Planning and execution of various multiplatform digital marketing programs including email marketing, marketing automation, content management and SEO/SEM
• Manage targeted digital campaigns
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Analyze heat maps and proposing UX improvements
• Ensure organic website growth is in place
• Report to senior stakeholders on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, email performance, lead generation and so forth
• Work with business stakeholders to develop, test, and deploy digital tools
• Coordinate content management and web updates across the team
• Analyze market trends and propose new solutions on tech stack to improve overall performance and lead nurturing results
• Maintain communications with internal and external partners regarding requirements and timelines
• Establish long-term relationships with business stakeholders

• 5+ years of proven experience in implementing integrated digital marketing programs
• Experience in email marketing and marketing automation programs (Marketo, Hubspot Freshmail, GetResponse, MailChimp, Sales Manago, Salesforce or similar)
• Background in SEO/SEM and paid advertising campaigns
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar
• Hands-on experience in using various content management platforms
• Web savvy (understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL)
• Hands on experience in using project management tools (JIRA, Asana or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in driving project team
• Strong communication skills in English and well-developed presentation skills - ability to run client facing and remote presentations
• Highly developed organizational skills to deal with multiple tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with large number of individuals across different levels in organization - team player
• Strong personality with focus on a customer, performance growth and goals achievements

Passion for digital/new technologies and advertising agency background will be an advantage
