Digital Marketing Specialist with German
Execution activities:
- Work with Global team to support the development and roll-out standardized Cloud & Compute journey
- Manage the overall delivery of journey strategy and associated digital
- Ownership of all pages that exist within their journey, and their performance and lifecycle status across all EMEAR country sites. Conduct quarterly audit of journey pages and provide guidance on retirement and consolidation
- Ensuring full integration of new launches/campaigns
- Working closely with the Demand Generation managers to increase conversions on Bofu pages
- Work with Paid and social media teams to ensure media is directed to the correct landing pages on CDC, and ensure continual optimization of the onsite experience from both paid and earned channels.
- Manage the creation of reporting dashboards related to their journeys (with I&A team), and work with CRO to identify opportunities for testing and optimization.
- Ensure journeys are adhering to UX best practices by working with the UX designer
Qualifications to meet:
• German-speaking (proficient 2nd language or native)
• 3-5 years in a Digital role, ideally focused on Web Experience.
• Preference for candidates that have a good working knowledge of SEO, Experimentation (A/B test ideation), and UX.
• Combine broad digital expertise with stakeholder liaison and project management skills.
• Experience in using content management systems, ideally Enterprise level CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (but not essential)
• Passionate about execution excellence, but understands how their role fits within the broader strategy and how their work contributes to shaping that strategy.
• Experience with using Web Analytics platform to identify issues, and optimization opportunities
