For one of our clients - Scandinavian company operating in the construction / interior finishing sector- we are currently looking for ambitious and dynamic person to take the position of Digital Marketing Specialist/Coordinator.
Our DM Coordinator is an important member of our Marketing Teamand will take our digital experience to a whole new level. In this role you’ll be leading the development of brand websites, social media channels, e-mailings and online campaigns. You’ll be working closely with the Marketing Manager to build the necessary connections with our CRM system and make sure leads are generated and processed. You will also supervise external agencies and make sure KPIs are reached. Your work will be important for the growth of the brand in Europe and will bring you a lot of satisfaction and projects you’ll be proud of.
The scope of responsibilities would be:
To apply for the role, you need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing projects including social media, websites management and development, e-mailing creation etc. Experience working with some CRM system and/or another e-mailing platform is necessary. You have to speak fluent English – must and native Polish – must. You can be successful on the position if you like a fast paced environment, are creative and have a strong will to learn. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadline is something necessary.

- Being important part of project group introducing leads generation processes in CRM incl. active cooperation with CRM department, maintenance of leads generation forms/ landing pages, active role in optimization of leads generation forms and campaigns,
- Co-leading introduction of marketing automation processes (CRM triggered)
- Maintaining schedule of e-mailing communication: create basic content (copy) and briefs for visual content, send and report effectiveness, cooperate effectively with marketing coordinators for country-specific communication
- Managing websites changes incl. updating communication and products portfolio, briefing web agency for improvements, SEO improvements
