Digital Marketing Assistant
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaAs a Direct Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for :
1) Company's website :
- Supporting practice groups, sectors and client teams
- Ensuring all queries are answered and content is added to website
- Helping the advisors ensure best digital practice and publishing content across all content types ( f.ex. news, publications, client services) on the website
- Generating reports
- Maintaining "hygiene" on the website
2) Email Marketing :
- Liaising with Marketing colleagues, PSL's and Partners to support the delivery of client publications and event/seminar invitations
- Creating client publications and event/seminar invitations using Tikit eMarketing technology (and upcoming replacement technology, Vuture)
- Updating client records and databases to improve overall data quality
- Managing team mailbox
3) The Client Knowledge Portal :
- Managing the team's mailbox
- Supporting communications to Partners, Marketing, Knowledge & Learning and Clients
4) Social Media
- Supporting on the posting of content on the firm's Social Media channels
- Supporting the running of the firm's practice, regional and topic-specific social media channels
- Generating reports
We require :
- Fluency in English ( min. C1 )
- Experience in Digital Marketing ( min. 1 year )
- Academic degree or during studies ( marketing - will be an asset )
- High creativity and motivation to develop
- Communication and cooperation abilities
