Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for enabling digital learning, communications and collaboration by providing best in class design and development, planning, preparation and delivery of all projects as per Book of Work, participating in strategy, prioritization design and problem solving forums. Facilitate an online digital tools: intranet portals, crowdsourcing platforms, knowledge sharing platforms, e-learning modules etc. You will be responsible to ensure that proposed solutions are align with Company’s communications and learning strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with 5+ years of experience in digital design/development environment. Extensive knowledge of communications and/or L&D processes in a complex organization, leadership skills, experience in leading an agile team is a plus, ability to work under time pressure. Ability to learn new systems and processes and teamwork, organization skills are very welcome. Ambitious, driven and enthusiastic with excellent written English and communication skills. We will be happy to see that you are proactive, self-motivated person who is not afraid of new professional challenges.
