We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager/Sales Analyst to join our Client's growing Digital Customer Experience team. The Digital Experience Manager/Sales Analyst will have an exciting opportunity to join Our Client at the ground level as we are setting up a forecasting process which will enable us to evaluate how effective he is are at reaching and impacting our Digitally Touched customers along their customer lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing our performance across EMEAR but also paying close attention to local performance differences, understanding the underlying reasons for these and feeding this back to the team to ensure we can optimize our Digital impact.
Currently, we are looking for a Digital Experience Manages/ Sales Analyst who will:
- Define customer handoff processes between the Virtual and Digital sales teams
- Manage and consolidate Forecast & Commit with a Digital Experience Specialist (including looking at historic booking trends to provide input for forecasting calls)
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy. (Segmentation)
- Ensure that we Digitally touch on all Virtual and High Touch nominated contacts (Tracking our impact on customers using a baseline from when they are handed over to Digital touch)
- Track inbound opportunities from the Digital Experience Specialist
- Manage outbound campaigns via Demand Generation Centre (inc training) (Gather feedback from the Contact Centre (NGCC) on what’s working and what’s not)
- Leverage the feedback on the journeys to provide localized optimization recommendations
- Improve our contactability and reach for our Digital Journeys

- Have 4+ years of relevant experience
- Are driven: No one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you are
- Have experience in sales forecasting
- Are well able to use Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (Tableau will be a plus),
- Demonstrate the ability to think both analytically and creatively
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Are comfortable working in a fast moving environment where requirements may change to adopt to new circumstances.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Work well within a team.
- Are eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use.
- Are passionate about digital marketing and content.
- Experience with digital and social selling tools and capabilities including marketing automation platforms is ideal though not a necessity.
