Digital Acquisition Coordinator
Candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring online marketing acquisition activities to drive audience to all digital touch points (Web site, Mobile app, Social channels) and foster the brand advocacy on the Social Channels.

Our Client is an international premium retail brand. In order to manage the continuous growth in Poland our Client is seeking to recruit Digital Acquisition Coordinator.
Description
- Developing digital acquisition plan to increase traffic and audience on all digital touch point
- Monitoring, optimizing and reporting local digital marketing acquisition activities to reach performance objectives
- Managing day-to-day online acquisition tactics according to the plan (SEM, SEO, affiliation, e-mail marketing, social media)
- Managing agencies to insure proper delivery of qualitative online material (banners, videos, ad copy), cost-effective media buying and efficient tracking
- Implementing global campaigns on-time
- Taking care of seamless user experience from call-to-action (CTA) to landing pages and optimizing conversion rate
- Cooperation with marketing department to align with brand values and copy style
- Monitoring innovative acquisition tactics developed by local competitors
- Sharing best practices with International peers and HQ team
Profile
- University degree (preferably in business/marketing)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing activities driving audience on websites and other digital touch points (mobile app, social media)
- Good knowledge of SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Display, Social Media etc.
- Good understanding of digital communication
- Strong customer and marketing insight (from market research, customer satisfaction, web analytics, CRM-customer data)
- Strong analytical skill
- Project Management and stakeholder management skills preferably in matrix organization
- eCRM experience would be a plus
- Fluency in English is a must
