DevOps
Lokalizacja: WarszawaFor one of our clients, an IT partner for a wide range of banks, we are looking for DevOps Engineers.
Major responsibilities:
- Leading the platform development and automation in a highly agile DevOps environment
- Promoting the DevOps culture, collaboration, productivity and infrastructure best practices that allow the organization to develop and deploy impeccable software
- Focusing on efficient operation of daily activities
- Creating and supporting world-class Continuous Delivery practices, developer productivity and continuous improvement
- Creating the software deployment strategies that allow DevOps engineers to successfully deploy sites/software in any environment
- Increasing the velocity of development and the delivery of applications for the organization
- Providing hands-on support to the frontend and backend engineering teams by enabling the migration of software services throughout transition periods to PAAS (OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Designing, building, and optimizing comprehensive automation systems that operate the business’s web, mobile, and data infrastructure platforms.
- Collaborating with the Development and Quality Assurance teams in creating automated solutions and process optimizations
- Keeping up with industry best practices and trends on behalf of the DevOps department and the larger engineering department; conducting research, tests, and implements new metrics collection systems that can be reused and applied to any site/software development project
Our perfect candidate will have:
- Understanding what DevOps is, including Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Integration, Delivery, Deployment and monitoring
- Very strong development and integration background (including microservices architecture, chopping down monolithic applications into smaller pieces)
- Very strong security related background (OAuth, nemId and so on)
- Strong communication skills to communicate ideas to all the stakeholders (including the business, projects management and project teams)
- Master's degree in computer science or related fields
