HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
A successful candidate will be responsible to develop accurate, efficient and easy to maintain software applications for International Bank. The deliverables should be well tested, accompanied with good documentation, according to specification and set standards, and completed within the allocated timeline.
Key Accountabilities:
• Working with BPM administrators, developers etc. to build process-centric solutions that deliver value to the business
• Taking part in all phases of SDLC
• Developing Scripts for Automated Deployment and automated testing
• Responsible for integration of development platform with Jenkins and Selenium
• Taking a lead role in deployment application to production
• Taking a lead role in environment and deployment management
• Assisting with project estimates and sprint planning
• Prioritizing and resolving project issues, escalating when necessary
• Answering technical questions from team members or other technical teams
• Guiding and mentoring less-experienced members of the team
Essential Requirements:
• University degree in computer science or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written skills in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
• Experience in DevOps
• Experirnce in Jenkins and Selenium
• Knowledge of creating scripts in Python
• Knowledge of managing Windows servers, IIS Windows
• Experience in SDLC using Agile methodology
Ideal experience:
• Experience in IBM BPM (Lombardi TeamWorks)
• Experience using IBM BlueWorks Live
• Working experience with other IBM platforms such as ODM, Business Monitor, etc.
• Previous banking experience
