For one of our clients, who is one of the largest companies that provides modern IT services for the banking sector, we are looking for DevOps Engineer - Global WAN Service Manager.

Your tasks:
Coordinate incidents, change and configurate managment processes,
Daily contact and execution of client contracts,
Service managment,
Reporting and engineering,
Project participation,
What we expect:
Knowledge of coordinating (monitoring, evaluate, continously improve) incidents, problem, change and configuration managment processes contractually agreed with our supplier,
Knowledge of basic WAN technology: transmission technology, basic knowledge of IP networking,
Good representing our client in procurement process, service managment meetings and execution of business as usual changes in the network,
Adaptation to new situations and alter behaviours in order to work effectively
Ability to clearly succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions.
You'll get extra points:
If you have knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching (level CCNA/CCNP),
Ability to identify problems, analyzing key informations and making connections, in order to find appropriate solutions,
You are a team player who takes responsibility and have ability to coach other,
End-to-end ownership mindset,
Good communication skills,
Fluent English (written and spoken)
