Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• introduction and modification of products into manufacturing
• improving margins in existing markets by cost reduction
• technical product support to local sales region
• extensive customer contact
• market analysis in case to provide competitive products and gain new market shares

Requirements:

• university degree (ceramics studies preferred)
• minimum two-year relevant work experience
• good English language skills
• experience in refractory development or user industry will be an asset
• ability to work in a team
• excellent communication skills
• willingness to develop in R&D department
• willingness to travel is essential
