Responsibilities
- Provide front line IT support to client
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all computer hardware and software including specialized software for Rebar Detailing and Fabrication offices in Katowice
- Provide end–user, software routine maintenance, and infrastructure support
- Manage PC Assets and Software licenses
- Act as second level of IT end user support (first level of IT Support is HelpDesk)
- Assists in the design and development of procedures according to IT standards, functional specifications and design requirements
- Participate in design, optimization, and implementation new solutions for CMC users
- Compose and maintain technical specifications and documentation to describe program development, testing methodologies, revision, implementation and operation of developed solution
- Manages relationships with key Software and Hardware vendors (in conjunction with IT Manager)
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Desktop Support or IT Service Delivery experience
- Must be Technology savvy IT professional with skills / experience that covers the following:
- Advanced PC troubleshooting skills including working with specialized software
- Knowledge of specialized software including aSa, Bentley Microstation, Auto Cad, Rebar Cad, Tekla, Bluebeam will be a plus
- Knowledge of Windows 10 client operating systems
- Knowledge of Remote tools – e.g. Bomgar, SCCM Remote, Remote Desktop Connection
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Teams
- Basic knowledge of Network Printer devices (configuration\installation)
- Basic level of network performance and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Server Roles as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory will be a plus
- Basic knowledge of MECM (SCCM) 1910 or higher, Intune; Microsoft Azure will be a plus
- Basic Knowledge of Windows Server Family – 2016 and higher will be a plus
- Knowledge of Android and iOS based mobile devices will be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study is desirable
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the presence and style to present information to executives
- Ability to think critically, quickly, and strategically
- Able to prioritize, plan, and organize work and deliverables
- Knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL) and IT best practices
- Driving license
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time
- Able to work 4 days a week at Katowice location and 1 day a week in Zawiercie location
