For our Client– global mobile telecommunication company – we will looking for a Desk Based Account Manager.
The person on this position will be responsible formanaging existing clients in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, USA, Australia and Hong Kong via phone and email to renew their contracts. Moreover you will be answerable for prepare renew and up-sell contracts, develop the right solutions evolving business requirements.
We are looking for candidates withexperience in ‘upselling’ to existing customers to hit sales targets, experience in telecommunications would be ideal. Moreover: in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Fluent English and German are necessary.
To be successful on this position you should be goal oriented person with proactive approach and skilled in conflict resolution.
