We are in the search for a Design Project Manager for our client, a company that activates in Construction Design field.
Your new role
- to complete, correct and timely flow of information to all stakeholders (client, LDE’s, others);
- to take responsibility for executing projects with regard to acquisition, design, purchasing and implementation;
- to meet requirements set out in the project plan or commission with regard to budget, planning, safety and quality and taking account of client demands;
- to achieve the project’s objectives, deadlines and optimize its financial result;
- to take responsibility for project organization and staffing, in order to assure quality, costs and deadlines and optimize the contribution of each discipline;
- to manage the execution of the project, in accordance with the project plan, with regard to design, purchasing and implementation, taking account of the contractual agreements, planning, budget and quality demands;
- to initiate, check and supervise the application of quality procedures by the project team, in accordance with legislation and regulations, client demands, internal quality system policy and the rules in the internals manuals and the project plan;
What you'll need to succeed
- bachelor degree or Master of Science diploma in Engineering;
- relevant experience in managing project in the Industrial, Residential or Commercial Market at engineering (design) stage;
- min 3 years relevant experience in design;
- min 3-5 years relevant experience in acting as Project Manager in Design projects;
- knowledge of most of the concepts, practices and procedures in Industrial, Residential or Commercial Market;
- to be familiar with discipline Romanian and International standards;
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word) and Primavera;
