Deputy Treasurer (m/f)
Our Clients is expanding their biggest SSC in Cracow with a new role in Treasury. Deputy Treasurer role is dedicated to a senior person that would like to be exposed to top management in the organisation. On this position you report directly to a Group Treasury Director. The purpose of the role is to support the Group Treasurer with all aspects of treasury at Company specifically FX risk management and treasury accounting.

Currently they make a great investment in Cracow, where they centralize processes and create new positions to add more competence in their functional areas.
Description
- Develop central treasury processes and systems to meet the needs of a global organisation
- Identify and implement solutions to mitigate the impact of these FX exposures on their P&L providing focused support on the relevant accounting requirements.
- Work closely with Business units with their FX risk management
- Identify and implement process and control improvements to develop treasury operations
- Act as a centre of expertise to the group for all treasury issues.
- Daily cooperation with internal stakeholders in all aspects of fx risk management and accounting for derivatives.
- Bringing an extensive range of treasury experience and utilise this effectively within a dynamic international organisation with multiple treasury requirements.
- Deputise for the Group Treasurer if needed
Profile
- Master degree, preferable in finance area
- 5+ years of experience in treasury operations,
- Higly developed treasury knowledge in particular covering FX risk management, treasury accounting, treasury operations, cash management
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA / Cert ICM / AMCT qualifications are highly appreciated,
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of SAP is a strong plus
- Experience in Treasury management systems and Market data tools is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented attitude
- Result-oriented and "problem solving" mindset
