Scope of duties:
- Responsibility for the co-management of the finance department, Provide support and guidance on all financial matters
- Assisting and supporting CFO in building up an adequate Finance Organization
- Manage Chief Accountant
- Build and organize a strong long term project controller organization supporting Management
- Coordinating budget and forecast issues. Prepare, analyse and present monthly reports, quarterly forecasts, business reviews, annual budgets and medium term strategic plans.
- Lead the business planning area of the business to ensure robust business plans and profitability analysis is in place.
- Work with the management of our distribution partners to ensure that all process and systems are integrated.
- Analyse and interpret financial results, presenting those to senior management and contributing to the strategic direction of the business, combining financial and non-financial information
- Provide analysis and contribute to discussions in order to ensure financial viability of commercial activities in the Polish business.
- The development of internal business processes and the integration of business systems, implementation new IT solutions
Expectations:
- Excellent Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles, controlling
- University degree in finance
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience within industrial environment
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- excellent knowledge of financial system’s development and operation ERP, experience in ERP systems implementation
- Few years Team management experience
- SOX procedures and IFRS standards knowledge
- Ability to motivate and assess subordinates
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Strategic role awareness
- Teamplayer and effective leader
