For our client, an international logistics operator, we are currently looking for a Deputy Regional Director.
Deputy Regional Director will be responsible for implementation of business objectives in the region. You will closely co-operate with Regional Director to create and implement of the region strategy. It will be your responsibility for achieving and reporting the expected level of KPIs and development of sales and volumes serviced within the region. You will manage the team to exceed customers’ expectations and achieve the best efficiency of logistics and warehouse operations. You will promote to use of lean management elements and tools. Ideal candidate should managerial experience in the area of logistics.
We need an experienced manager with independence and effectiveness in action with several years of experience in a distribution company or production company. Alongside this you need to have experience in working with clients and the ability to coordinate the activities of a group of people. You must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a bright and enthusiastic attitude, be creative and engage to actions. Knowledge of methodology, Lean Management tools and English is a must.
