For our Client- international manufacturing company we are looking for Senior HR Business Partner/Deputy HR Director.

Opis stanowiska
- Supporting HR Director in creating HR strategy for the production plant,
- Supporting managers in applying company policies, ensuring alignment to rules and law aspects,
- Developing workforce strategies into an actionable people strategy,
- Setting Talent & Development strategy,
- Developing and building the leadership pipeline in the talent management process,
- Supporting and implementing personal and organisational changes within the organisation,
- Ensuring the proper applying of the contractual and law norms and of the company procedures in terms of administration matters and staff managing,
- Being a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders,
Profil kandydata
- Bachelor's degree in human resources,
- 5+ years iof experience in HR Business Partner position,
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills,
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution,
- advanced English min. C1,
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems,
