Builds strong partnership and planning collaboration between country, region and Business to increase seamless engagement, allowing he/she to assess the impact of market changes or significant variances in the forecast and recommend appropriate revisions and tactics.
Responsible for the overall allocation process, oversees Demand Planners to ensure that the region can secure more inventories and to balance the real inventory needs at the region level.
Builds strong collaborative relationships with functions involved in the process such as Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing operations, Finance between World Wide, Region and Country participants.
Ensures business exceptions and escalations from Country/Region SIOP meetings are defined and escalated for decision making through the Demand and Supply Reviews, and further to the MBR as appropriate.
Supports a sustainable Regional/Country Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process with global input / alignment with respective WWBU.
Bachelor degree
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SAP APO/SCM, MRP/ERP
English is required

The Demand and Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for the overall demand/supply management via the execution of robust SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes for 1 or 2 business units within the EMEA region. He/She will review business demand forecast by respective business units and countries to ensure alignment with financial and business objectives. As part of SIOP, this role will engage and partner World Wide Business Segments (WWBU) and WW Supply Planning and will be the main contact to communicate exceptional demand forecast and supply requirements.Responsibilities

Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain and inventory planningBachelor degree
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SAP APO/SCM, MRP/ERP
