Our client is an international manufacturing company located in Katowice.

Your new role
The Delivery Analyst role is to supervise and coordinate on a daily basis delivery of service provided by our organization on agreed OLA (SLA). The main role is to keep a constant focus over improving the performance and quality of the service through reactive and proactive actions over processes, tools and technologies. DA is responsible for performing investigation, prepare analysis and delivery and implementation of improvement plans -through cooperation of affected teams and managers. DA is responsible also for driving defect prevention through proactive actions.
The candidate should also present a driver and leadership posture and an ability for independent and creative work.
Key responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Pattern Recognition activities to find common root causes of team issues and incidents
- Find improvement areas in daily cooperation with technical teams
- Identify automation potential within technical teams
- Problem Manager / Coordinator - owner of life-cycle for Problems
- Reactive and proactive defect prevention - initiate and manage investigation (technical and process) - owner
- Root Cause Analysis preparation - as main driver and owner of the process - coordinating activity across other departments
- Preparation of defect prevention / improvement plan
- Proactive review of tickets and identify common issues (defect prevention)
- Proactively reduce number of tickets through identification of common issues within process or technology

What you'll need to succeed
You will need 4+ years of professional experience in IT Support and an University Degree. We are looking for ITIL Practitioner (or higher - nice to have) and a person who speaks English fluently. Required technical skills: very good problem solving, good data analysis skills, root cause analysis within IT environment, 5 why,customer/service oriented, knowledge of ITIL Service Operations processes + change management, problem management, working knowledge of ITIL, and problem solving techniques, documented by adequate work experience.
Nice to have: ITIL Problem Management experience, various business processes (ITIL) knowledge, SAP systems basic knowledge, leader and driver attitude, reporting skills (excel), data analysis skills – previous experience in data driven / data oriented organizations, working knowledge of Service Now, ability to work cross departments in matrix organization with no direct people management responsibilities, speaking German or Polish is a plus
