Want to contribute in setting and implementing of a new Financial Planning & Analysis Centre of Excellence for one of the largest pure-play software companies in the world?
The scope of your role will be to manage a Decision Support team within a new global FP&A CoE that supports regional and business unit performance and to Support Finance Business Partners and business leaders in setting and implementing the Decision Support strategy for an area of the business,
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a Finance team, with strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or as a business partner;
University degree/relevant certification (e.g. CPA, CIMA) preferred; an MBA would be an advantage;
Proven leadership abilities and an inclusive style, with a keen desire to build and manage a high-performing team Commercial mindset and experience driving improved financial understanding and performance in the business
