Deal Support Analyst

Lokalizacja: Warsaw / Cracow

Our Client is a multinational corporation technology company with more than 71.000 employees worldwide. It is the largest company in the world which designs, manufactures and sells networking equipment. 

Our Client is currently looking for a Candidate to join the team as a Deal Support Analyst.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus in three main areas of the business, driving program innovation, offer adoption / upselling through deal management, and deal assurance in support or Customer Experience
  • In support of program innovation, a Deal Support Analyst will focus on: supporting sales in capturing incremental business for the Company
  • Responsible for developing effective combinations of offers, incentives, communications, orderability for use by the integrated sales team
  • Effectively leverages the support of product management, marketing, operations at each stage of Program Execution
  • In support of offer adoption / upselling through deal management, a person on this position will focus on: supporting sales with scoping, costing & pricing for premium TS offers. Deal tracking at each stage from proposal to close
  • In support of deal assurance, a person on this position will focus on: working with sales to make the best deal possible with the customers and partners. Protecting & improving the services margins
  • Equipping executive approvers with the best possible deal information for decision making. Trending & review of major deals

 

Requirements:

  • The ideal Candidate will have a background in sales or finance with a good acumen in business operations
  • Well-organized to handle multiple engagements and tasks at the same time
  • Analytical skills-ability to analyze services consumption by the customer to optimize the scoping of services in the deal scenario
  • Experience in providing ROI (return on investment) analysis to account teams to support the value of services overall
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to leverage expertise from different teams as well as learn the offers quickly to be seen as an expert
  • Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience of working in a virtual environment, global teams
  • Work hour flexibility. The wiliness to start the work day later and work in the evening up to 2-3x per week to accommodate conference calls with the United States
