You will join an international, globally well-known company from the facility services industry ISS World Services HQ, that are searching for the IT representative towards business who can assist us lifting the daily IT tasks in the headquarter in Poland, Warsaw.
Your new role
As Database Engineer MS SQL, you will be responsible for install & maintain Database systems in alignment with the global security policies. Solve incidents and keep Databases running& updated on the latest patch-level. Supports troubleshooting& optimization initiatives. Technical responsible for all incidents on the Database Layer. Maintain Data operational governance model and secure, that data is stored aligned with legal constraints e.g. GDPR.

Key responsibilities:
- Provision of a best-in-class Database services, ecosystem that fulfil the majority of the requirements
- Operate the standard IT Service Management platform (Documentation, Service Request, Incident & Problem Management) in a sustainable way
- Collaboration with horizontal & vertical production entities
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience on a similar role (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator)
- Experienced administrator in enterprise Database technology
- Experienced administrator of building & operate Database environments
- Experienced in Enterprise Patchmanagment
- Experienced in forecasting capacity& resource availability (Monitoring)
- Experienced in Backup &Restore procedures
- Self-initiative, flexible and proactive thinker able to operate in a global environment
- Good relationship building and communication skills
- Professional written and spoken English
