We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Data Reporting Specialist to join our team. In general, the scope of responsibility is to prepare daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports, ad hoc reports, and presentations internally and to the Client. The reports need to follow the previously agreed design and criteria to provide key insights and visibility to the goals of the organization. This position is closely working together with the Service Delivery Manager and the Client to deliver reports and analyze possible performance improvements.

  • responsible for the production, definition, and delivery of KPI performance and operation reports (daily/weekly/monthly) both internally and externally to the Client
  • ensuring that reports are completed accurately and are organized based on raw data exports from Client systems
  • proactively fixing issues and faults found within the reports
  • checking completed reports and approving them for distribution or escalating if there are any issues
  • distributing all reports to relevant recipients on time
  • visualizing the data in PowerPoint presentations
  • preparing VOC (Voice of Consumer) reports and presentations based on data exports
  • liaising externally with Client regarding all changes/updates to reports
  • liaising with the Service Delivery Managers regarding all changes/updates to reports
  • producing ad hoc reports required by Service Delivery Manager and the Client
  • updating and maintaining the necessary documents
  • being able to provide KPI or process improvement suggestions based on gathered data
  • possibility to work in a hybrid model
  • 0,5 years experience in data analysis or reporting specialist role (preferably with the experience in an IT/Telecommunication/Call Centre environment) – preferred
  • Familiarity with consumer electronics – smartphones, PC, IoT – nice to have
  • Understanding of KPI, SLAs, etc.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced level of knowledge/expertise in Excel (especially calculation and analysis related skills, pivot tables, formulas and functions, formatting, charts, knows other data analysis tools)
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of others with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with BI systems would be a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, problem solving
  • Good personal organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexible, adaptable, managing multiple deadlines and multiple tasks
  • Demonstrates proactiveness, and ability to learn quickly and apply new ideas
