To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a Data Research Specialist. You would be a part of the Alternative Investment’s Valuation & Data Support Team that’s in the center of Universal Investment’s core business.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- monitoring of data deliveries provided by external counter parties such as Asset Managers or Transfer Agents or General Partners
- processing and filing relevant information in a structured manner (Issue Prospectus, Capital Account Statements, Investor Statements, Quarterly Reports, Audited Financials, etc.)
- investigating, challenging and reconciling differences
- coordinating between external parties and internal fund accountants
- communication with internal stakeholders and other external partners
- support internal stakeholders
- supporting your manager with building up processes and controls
- participate in projects to strengthen company’s processes/business/initiatives
What you offer:
As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
- minimum two years of experience within fund accounting of an AIFM / German KVG, asset manager or other relevant experience
- fundamental knowledge of Alternative Investment space
- intermediate skills in MS Office especially MS Excel
