We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Data Quality Issue Manager
Location: Kraków
The Data Quality Issue Manager will work on both regional and global initiatives across US branch of our company, with focus on coordinating data quality programs, driving remediation of data quality issues across US Global Business and Functions (GBGFs) and developing ongoing monitoring of data quality. The Data Quality Issue Manager will work closely with a team of data stewards, business analysts, US Global Business and technology teams
Key Accountabilities:
Manage US Chief Data Officer (CDO) data quality driven initiatives from identification of thematic defects across GBGFs through coordination efforts and ultimate remediation of defects
Participate in DQIM working groups and represent the interests of the US CDO
Contribute to defining DQIM operating model and ensure adherence to DQIM operating model across GBGFs
Act as liaison between GBGFs and technology teams to facilitate efficient remediation
Track program progress, status and statistics and provide regular updates
Provide a forum for the US CDO and GBGFs to drive program progress and communicate status updates, issues, risks and controls
Coordinate the alignment between US CDO Projects to ensure deduplication of work
Requirements:
Prior experience with data quality measurement
Data Management knowledge
Banking experience with good knowledge of investment banking and/or global markets
Experience working with business data design, architecture development and project management/implementation
Experience developing Business focused logical data models and architecture for large financial institutions
Knowledge and experience of IT Vendors and Products working in the Data Management space
Knowledge and experience of data management and measurement tools, such as Collibra, Information Analyzer
Excellent relationship management skills
