We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Data Quality Associate
Location: Kraków
We’re currently looking for Data Quality Associate with a passion to data to help with US Data Quality programme.
The Data Quality Associate will work and contribute across the US CDO Data Quality team to drive end-to-end data quality measurement, reporting, and issue management which includes managing a metadata management model, data quality execution engine, and reporting dashboard in QlikView.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the creation, approval, development, and implementation of prioritized data quality requirements for prioritized processes
Support data quality issue management by acting as a steward to the global functions and businesses in the end to end resolution of priority data quality issues
Collaborate across GBGFs and IT teams to ensure accurate, agreed-upon data quality controls are developed and delivered
Document and implement leading practices, standardized processes, and roles & responsibilities for measuring data consistency across systems
Work with US HOST to ensure data quality toolsets are of the appropriate capacity and capability to meet business requirements of the various data quality functions (reporting, measurement and issue management)
Coordinate across GBGFs to integrate usage of US CDO DQ measurement metrics and dashboarding, and to mature from "measurement only" to remediation and sustainability by facilitating the integration of data quality governance into GBGF BAU-processes
Requirements:
Prior experience with data quality measurement
Data Management knowledge
Banking experience with good knowledge of investment banking and/or global markets
Possesses very strong management, analytical and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to prioritize competing demands
Knowledge and experience of data management and measurement tools, such as Collibra, Information Analyzer
Knowledge of reporting tools like QlikView
Excellent organizational, planning and management skills
Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, consultants, technical experts across the whole department and business users
Be delivery focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality
Not required but desired:

Good knowledge of regulatory trends and developments (with particular data focus)
