For our client – Pandora we are looking for Data Privacy Specialist! Main purpose of the role: In order for PANDORA IT to fully support the business in ensuring personal data are managed according to applicable laws, PANDORA is now looking for another team player. With your IT & Data Privacy skills you will become a key driver supporting both Global IT and the business units on IT projects and initiatives.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate has:
- Proven process and or project management skills. (GDPR process knowledge. Implementation of the OneTrust tool, with compliance knowledge, or an auditor working on GDPR compliance/data privacy)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Data Privacy area
- Demonstrated the ability to work proactive and show “can-do” attitude.
- Able to communicate with stakeholders, and to translate complex technical concepts into easy to understand terms.
- Languages Fluent English skills - written as well as verbal.
- Follow and understanding emerging data privacy technologies and concepts.
Key accountabilities:
- Assist the operational layer and take responsibility for key elements of the Data Subject Rights Process
- Drive implementation of the new strategic Privacy workflow tool (OneTrust / SericeNow / HP Service Manager) in a global context
- Support transformation of outsourced processes to inhouse
- Creation and maintenance of global documentation, SOPs, work instructions and guidance notes
- Training of relevant stakeholders in Data Privacy matters within the Data Subject Rights area.
- Support the ongoing Data Processing Mapping process
- Assist the development and improvement of the Privacy Impact Assessment process
What you need?
- The ideal candidate is expected to bring experience with Data Privacy (GDPR). At the same time offer knowledge from project or process management and be able to contribute with counseling to IT projects with global impact.
- Basic knowledge of national and international regulatory compliances frameworks like ISO 270xx and ITIL.
- Good knowledge of EU/GDPR
- Experience with PRINCE2 or similar project management frameworks.
- Most likely you have a broad experience within IT, and you understand how IT and business processes are linked.
- You have the experience to work with both policies and processes as well as manage stakeholders to ensure progress on all data privacy projects.
- Experience in global companies
