On behalf of our client, an international company from biotechnology sector, we are currently looking for Data Management Supervisor to support its GBS located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for setting up and managing a new team of 3-5 Data Analysts, collecting, monitoring and maintaining necessary data, implementing some new tools and mentoring others the principals of continuous improvement. In addition, you will run and review reports, closely cooperate with internal and external customers and solve some escalations.
We are seeking candidates with first experience on a team leader position and minimum 4 years in data management preferably gained in SSC environment. Fluent English is required as well as excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Moreover, the ideal candidate should present well-developed interpersonal and analytical skills and be able to build positive relations.
